摘 要:以HfO2、Ta2O5和B为原料,通过硼热还原法原位固溶TaB2制备出HfB2粉体,然后加入20vol%SiC,通过放电等离子烧结(SPS)制备HfB2-SiC复相陶瓷,探究固溶TaB2对陶瓷显微结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶TaB2含量的增加,合成HfB2粉体的粒径显著降低,HfB2-TaB2固溶体的晶格常数减小。在SPS烧结下,固溶不同含量TaB2的HfB2-SiC陶瓷粉均实现全致密,但随着固溶TaB2含量的增加,HfB2-SiC陶瓷材料的硬度和韧性略有降低。HfB2 powder was prepared from HfO2,Ta2O5 and B by in-situ solid solution of TaB2 by borothermal reduction method,and then 20vol% SiC was added to prepare HfB2-SiC composite ceramics by spark plasma sintering(SPS).The effects of TaB2 on microstructure and mechanical properties of ceramics were investigated.The results show that,the particle size of the synthesized HfB2 powder decreased greatly with the increase of TaB2 content,and the lattice constant of HfB2-TaB2 solid solution decreased.By SPS,fully dense HfB2-SiC ceramic materials with the different amount of TaB2 were prepared.However,the hardness and the toughness of HfB2-SiC ceramics decreased slightly with the increase of TaB2 content.
