摘　　要：目的:探讨糖尿病肢体动脉闭塞症(DAO)髂、股动脉影像形态学的特点及其规律。方法:回顾性分析35例DAO患者(观察组)和41例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)患者(对照组)影像学表现,分别测量其CTA髂、股动脉血管截面积。结果:DAO组股动脉、股深动脉管腔横截面积较ASO组小,而相对狭窄率较ASO组大,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:DAO患者病变累及股动脉及股深动脉,其狭窄程度比ASO更为严重。Objective:To investigate the characteristics and regularity of imaging morphology of iliac and femoral arteries in patients with diabetic arterial occlusion.Methods:The imaging findings of 35 DAO patients(observation group)and 41 arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)patients(control group)were retrospectively analyzed.The CTA iliac artery and femoral artery cross-sectional area were measured respectively.Results:The cross-sectional area of femoral artery and deep femoral artery in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the relative stenosis rate was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stenosis of femoral artery and deep femoral artery in patients with DAO is more serious than that of ASO.
