摘 要:针对采用“两段连续磨矿、粗细分级、中矿再磨、重选—强磁—分步浮选工艺”流程处理东鞍山含碳酸盐赤铁矿石存在最终精矿品位低等问题,进行了优化工艺流程的探索试验研究。研究结果表明,采用“阶段磨矿、阶段强磁抛尾、混磁精分步浮选工艺”流程处理该矿,通过三段磨矿、三段强磁抛尾,分段提前抛出合格强磁尾矿;三段混磁精采用分步浮选选别,获得品位为65.76%的较高品位最终精矿,较原流程提高4.24个百分点。In this paper,the problems of low final grade of carbonate-containing hematite concentrates and so on in donganshan are dealt with by using the process of"two-stages continuous grinding,coarse and fine grading,middlings regrinding,gravity separation—high intensity magnetic separation—staged flotation process",and experimental tests on process optimization is carried out.The test results show that the process of"stage grinding,stage HIMS tailings discarding,staged flotation process of mixed magnetic fines"is adopted to process the ore and the qualified HIMS tailings are thrown out in advance by three stages of grinding and three stages of HIMS tailings discarding.The third-staged mixed magnetic concentrates are separated by staged flotation,and the final concentrates with a higher grade of 65.76% are obtained,which improves by 4.24% compared with the original process.
