摘 要:越南某铜镍矿石原矿品位低、分布分散,原矿含Ni为0.495%、Cu为0.21%,脉石矿物中MgO含量高,矿石性质复杂,属于典型的富含镁硅酸盐矿物的低品位难选铜镍硫化矿石。在对矿石进行充分的工艺矿物学的基础上,实验室采用不预先脱除脉石的情况下,采用二粗二扫四精铜镍混浮工艺,中矿顺序返回的闭路试验,粗二精矿再磨流程,最终可获得铜镍混合精矿含Ni为10.25%,Cu为4.84%,回收率分别Ni为68.84%、Cu为78.76%。A low-grade Ni-Cu Ore from Vietnam contains Ni0.495%,Cu0.21%,Co 0.023%,which belongs to complex and refractory sulphide Ni-Cu Ore.It is characterized by lower Ni-Cu contents,variety of valuable minerals,high content of magnesian silicate gangue minerals.Based on study mineralogy characteristics of the ore,adopting the closed circuit flowsheet by no remove gangue in advance and two rougher,four clean and two scavenger for separate Cu and Ni,the middling adopt sequential return and re-grinding the concentrate of roughⅡ.then the mixed concentrate assaying 10.25% Ni,4.84% Cu at the recovery of 68.84% Ni,78.76% Cu.
