温度及交变载荷对换热器翅片-管胀接接头强度实验研究

摘  要:在受到外力和温度作用的铝翅片-铝管间的机械胀接接头强度会发生变化,并将影响换热器的性能及寿命.为此,在不同温度下对机械胀接连接的铝翅片-铝管试件进行拉脱实验和疲劳实验后进行拉脱实验.结果表明:当温度在100℃内,铝翅片-铝管拉脱应力随着温度升高而降低,温度越高,拉脱应力降低越慢;铝翅片-铝管拉脱应力与同样胀紧程度下未进行疲劳实验试件的拉脱应力相当,即交变载荷对铝翅片-铝管胀接结构的抗拉脱强度没有明显的影响.The mechanical expansion joint strength between aluminium fin and aluminium tube affected by external force and temperature will change,which will affect the performance and life of heat exchanger.Thus.the pull-off experiment and fatigue experiment are carried out for the aluminium fin-aluminium tube mechanical expansion connection at different temperatures.The results show that when the temperature is within 100℃,pull-off stress of aluminum fin-aluminum tube decreases with the increase of temperature.The higher the temperature is,the slower the pull-off stress decreases.The pull-off stress of the aluminium fin-aluminium tube is nearly the same as that of specimen without fatigue test under the same degree of expansion.This means that alternating load has no obvious effect on the pull-off strength of the expanded joint structure of the aluminium fin-aluminium tube.
