摘 要:为了解某预应力混凝土连续刚构桥的工作状况,对该桥在现役状态下承载力检测评定开展研究:系统分析了全桥构件外观缺陷、材质状况与状态参数等检查评定,根据检查结果按照《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》进行技术状况等级评定;并根据相关规范和检测数据计算出主桥承载能力验算的相关参数,同时在考虑外观病害、材质缺损状况及桥梁变形的影响下,利用有限元软件MIDAS/Civil对桥梁结构承载能力进行检算评估.根据检测结果和计算分析表明:该桥在现役状态下承载能力和正常使用性能满足设计荷载等级要求,但主要构件存在裂缝、剥落、露筋、蜂窝和麻面等病害,对结构承载能力有较大影响,建议后期应及时采取防治措施,并加强巡查和养护.In order to understand the working condition of a prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,the bearing capacity detection and evaluation of the bridge under active conditions was studied.The inspection and evaluation of the appearance defects,material condition and state parameters of the full bridge members were systematically analyzed.The"Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges"evaluates the technical status of the bridge structure,and calculates the relevant parameters of the bearing capacity of the main bridge according to relevant specifications and test data.At the same time,considering the influence of appearance diseases,material defects and bridge deformation,the finite element software MIDAS/Civil is used to check and evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge structure.The test results and calculation analysis show that the load capacity and normal performance of the bridge under the active conditions meet the original design load level,but the main components have cracks,flaking,exposed ribs,honeycomb and pockmarks,which have a great impact on the structural bearing capacity.It is recommended to take preventive measures in time and strengthen inspection and maintenance.
