摘　　要：目的探讨云南省昆明市晋宁地区彝族人群CBS基因844ins68多态性分布的情况,为进一步研究CBS基因844ins68与相关疾病的关系奠定基础。方法应用PCR-RFLP技术对云南省晋宁地区304例健康彝族个体的CBS基因844ins68多态的基因型进行测定,获得该位点的基因型频率和等位基因频率分布情况,同时与其他种族或民族进行比较。结果云南省晋宁地区彝族CBS基因844ins68多态的DD、DⅠ、Ⅱ基因型频率分别为99.3%、0.7%、0%。基因D、Ⅰ频率分别为99.7%、0.3%。此位点多态性分布与不同人群比较,除了与日本和中国北京,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),与德国、巴基斯坦、意大利、捷克、澳大利亚、中国新疆汉族比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 CBS基因844ins68多态性分布存在民族、种族差异。Objective To study the distribution of the CBS gene 844 ins68 Polymorphism in a Yi nationality Population in Jinning district of Kunming, Yunnan Province,and to lay the foundation for the further study of the relationship between CBS gene 844 ins68 with related diseases. Methods We studied 304 healthy Yi individuals in Jinning County, Yunnan Province.The 844 ins68 of CBS Polymorphism was determined by Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique. CBS gene 844 ins 68 polymorphic genotypes were measured to obtain genotype frequency and allele frequency distribution at the site, and compared with those collected from other races or ethnic groups.Results The frequency of DD, DⅠ and Ⅱ genotypes of the CBS gene 844 ins 68 polymorphic in Jinning District, Yunnan Province, was 99.3%, 0.7% and 0%,respectively. Alele D and Ⅰ frequencies were 99.7% and 0.3%. Compared with different populations, with the exception of Japan and Beijing China,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05), with Germany, Pakistan,Italy, the Czech Republic,Australia,Xinjiang China Han nationality are significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion There are ethnic and racial differences in the polymorphism distribution of CBS 844 ins68.
