摘  要:目的了解北辰区脑卒中(ISH)与脑卒中合并糖尿病(ISHD)女性患者的尿动力变化,探讨脑卒中合并糖尿病女性患者的膀胱功能训练和治疗。方法采用尿流动力学分析仪检测尿流动力学指标。分析患者初始尿意时膀胱灌注量(FDV)、最大膀胱灌注量(MCC)、最大尿流量(Qmax)、最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力(Pdet-Qmax)、残余尿量(PVR)。结果 ISH组与ISHD组患者的年龄差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),而ISH组与ISHD组患者的空腹血糖浓度差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);与ISH患者相比,ISHD患者的Qmax和Pdet-Qmax明显下降,同时伴随PVR、FDV和MCC明显升高(P <0.05)。结论脑卒中合并糖尿病患者能引起明显的膀胱功能障碍。Objective To learn the urodynamic changes of female patients with stroke and diabetes mellitus(ISHD) in Beichen District,and to investigate the training and treatment of bladder function in female patients with ISHD. Methods Urodynamic parameters were measured by urodynamic analyzer. The first desire volume(FDV),maximum bladder perfusion volume(MCC),maximum urine flow rate(Qmax),detrusor pressure at maximum flow rate(Pdet-Qmax) and postvoid residual volume(PVR) at the initial urinary intention were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in age between ISH group and ISHD group(P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in fasting blood glucose concentration between ISH group and ISHD group(P < 0.001);Compared with ISH group,Qmax and Pdet Qmax of ISHD patients was decreased significantly,while PVR,FDV and MCC was increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion Stroke patients with diabetes mellitus can cause obvious bladder dysfunction.
