刘红旭教授益气逐瘀法治疗不稳定型心绞痛经验

摘　　要：刘红旭教授从事中医、中西医结合心血管病及危重病的临床、教学及科研工作30余年,积累了丰富的临床经验。通过复习文献、跟师侍诊、归纳刘红旭教授治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的临床经验,发现刘红旭教授治疗UA重视八纲及脏腑辨证,尤其重视寒热虚实;常用治疗法则为益气逐瘀,配合化痰通络;经方与验方并用,常用方剂有参元丹、三两三、小陷胸汤、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤等;擅用虫类药物,常用土元、水蛭。可见,刘红旭教授治疗UA具有独到的学术思想、治疗经验及用药特点。Prof.Liu Hongxu has engaged in the clinical practice,teaching and research of cardiovascular diseases by TCM and integrative medicine for more than three decades and has accumulated rich experience.In this paper,his experience on unstable angina(UA)was summed up from literature retrieval and clinical practice.Prof.Liu emphasized on eight-principle syndrome differentiation,visceral syndrome differentiation,especially on differentiation of cold,heat,deficiency and excess.The main treatment principle was replenishing qi and expelling stasis,combined with resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.He used formulas both from classics and experiences,which included Shenyuan Pill,Sanliangsan,Xiao Xianxiong Decoction,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction etc.Worm medicine such as Tuyuan,Shuizhi was usually applied in his prescriptions.In conclusion,Prof.Liu Hongxu has unique academic thought,treatment experience and medication characteristics in the treatment of UA.
