摘　　要：特发性间质性肺炎(IIP)是弥漫性间质性肺疾病中病因不明的一系列疾病的统称,慢性致纤维化性间质性肺炎是其中的重要一类。中医学认为其归属于肺痿、肺痹或喘证等病范畴,中医药对该类疾病的诊治取得了一定的疗效。孙增涛教授多年来从事呼吸系统疾病的中西医诊治研究,在慢性致纤维化性间质性肺炎的中医辨证施治方面经验颇丰,其认为该病以气虚血瘀为本,可兼杂痰浊阻滞,气机失和等证候特点,故治疗以益气消瘀为主,兼以清热化痰、行气宽中。其用药灵活,擅于随症加减,临床取得了满意疗效。本文旨在对其经验进行简要总结和分析。Idiopathic interstitial pneumonias(IIPs)are a class of diffuse lung diseases with unclear etiology.Chronic fibrosing interstitial pneumonia is one of the main groups.According to TCM,it can be differentiated into lung atrophy,lung impediment or dyspnea syndrome and can be treated by TCM with a satisfactory effect.Prof.Sun Zengtao has been engaged in clinical research on respiratory diseases by integrated traditional and western medicine for years and he has abundant experience in treating chronic fibrosing interstitial pneumonia by syndrome differentiation.He thought that the disease root was qi deficiency and blood stasis and it might be combined with turbid phlegm obstruction and disorder of qi movement.Therefore,the treatment should be replenishing qi and resolving stasis,combined with clearing heat and resolving phlegm,regulating qi to smooth the middle.Prof.Sun Zengtao′s formulas were flexible with modifications to achieve a satisfactory effect.The purpose of this paper is to summarize and analyze Prof.Sun Zengtao′s experience.
