活血丹提取物舒张血管作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探究活血丹提取物对大鼠血管内皮的舒张作用。方法通过四通道微血管张力测定系统记录活血丹各提取物对高钾和苯肾上腺素(PE)预收缩的血管张力及活性。结果活血丹乙酸乙酯部分、水相部分对完整内皮和去内皮的肠系膜上动脉血管环均有舒张作用。结论活血丹在心脑血管及代谢综合征方面具有良好的临床应用前景,应加大对该植物的开发研究与利用。Objective To investigate the vasodilation effect of Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr extract on rats.Methods The tension of rat superior mesenteric arterial rings is recorded by a sensitive myograph system in vitro.The vascular tension and activity in preconstricted rat superior mesenteric artery rings induced by potassium chloride(KCL),phenylephrine(PE)after extraction of Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr treatment are measured,respectively.The endothelial integrity of vascular ring is examined.Results The ethylacetate and water emulsification part of Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr,have relaxation effect on the mesenteric arterial blood vessel ring.Conclusion Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr has a good clinical application prospect in cardiocerebral vascular and metabolic syndrome,and the development and utilization of Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr should be increased.
