摘  要:目的通过数据挖掘技术分析张聿青治疗肿胀病用药规律。方法统计《张聿青医案》肿胀篇中所载方剂,将组方中药物录入EXCEL,运用SPSS 20.0进行高频药物统计,运用SPSS Modeler 14.1对其进行关联分析。结果高频药物为陈皮、茯苓、大腹皮、泽泻、猪苓;常用的药物组合有茯苓-白术、茯苓-薏苡仁、泽泻-猪苓;药性多温,药味甘、辛,主要归脾、胃、肺、肾经。结论张聿青治疗肿胀病的主要学术思想是:以脾为主,兼顾肺肾;温阳化湿,气水同治;消食导滞,运化中焦,对临床治疗有一定的指导价值。Objective To explore the medication rules of Zhang Yuqing in the treatment of swelling disease based on data mining.Methods To count the prescriptions contained in the Zhangyu-qing's Medical Case in Swelling.The components of the prescription are recorded into EXCEL,the high frequency drug statistics is carried out by SPSS 20.0,and the correlation analysis is carried out by SPSS Modeler 14.1.Results High frequency drugs are Chen Pei,Poria cocos,large abdominal skin,alisma,Polyporus.Commonly used drug combinations are Poria cocos-Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos-Coix seed,Alisma-Pigella.Drug multi-warming,medicine taste Gan,Xin,mainly to the spleen,stomach,lung,kidney meridian.Conclusion The main academic thought of Zhang Yuqing treating swelling disease is:take the spleen as the main factor,and the lung and kidney are considered,warming yang and removing dampness,treating with qi and water at the same time,elimination of food conduction lag,transportation of medium focus.It has certain guiding value for clinical treatment.
