摘 要:汽车传动轴是汽车传动结构中传递动力最重要的轴构件,分别由轴管、伸缩套和万向节组成,分段式结构必须增加中间支承来巩固结构。传动轴在运行中受力情况复杂,容易受到外力挤压产生裂纹直至结构收到摧毁。传动轴构件若是受损失效后会造成严重的后果。因此本文重点在于寻找汽车传动轴如何增韧的方法。研究发现环氧树脂在机械、电子电器和交通运输等领域发挥着十分重要的作用,运用广泛。环氧树脂是一种性能优良的基体材料,然而,由于其具有高度交联的网状结构使其韧性差、脆性大,限制了其进一步推广应用,通过对环氧树脂的改性转化可降低脆性,增加任性,文章将对环氧树脂的改性方法进行探究,汽车传动轴结构进行分析,综合传动轴的运行需求结合环氧树脂改性增韧特点进行环氧树脂对汽车传动增韧效果的影响研究。Automobile transmission shaft is the most important component of transmission power in automobile transmission structure,which consists of axle tube,telescopic sleeve and universal joint respectively.The segmented structure must be strengthened by adding intermediate support.The stress of transmission shaft in operation is complex,and it is easy to produce torsional and bending deformation,even cracks or fracture.Failure of transmission shaft components often results in serious consequences.Therefore,the focus of this paper is to find out how to toughen the automobile transmission shaft.We found that epoxy resin plays a very important role in machinery,electronics,electrical appliances,transportation and other fields,and is widely used.Epoxy resin is a kind of matrix material with excellent performance.However,its toughness and brittleness are poor because of its highly crosslinked network structure,which limits its further application.Through the modification and transformation of epoxy resin,brittleness can be reduced and willfulness increased.This paper will explore the modification methods of epoxy resin,analyze the structure of automobile transmission shaft,and synthesize the transmission shaft.The influence of epoxy resin on the toughening effect of automobile transmission was studied according to the operation requirement and the toughening characteristics of epoxy resin modification.
