摘  要:受自身特性影响,传统的普碳钢及铝合金材质的体育器械或健身机械,在使用一段时间后无法避免地出现腐蚀或变形等现象,一方面降低了体育器械的使用寿命;另一方面大大增加了人们在进行健身和运动时的风险隐患。文章在对体育器械和健身器械中使用频率较高的工程塑料及其复合材料进行简要分析的基础上,对各类型塑料或纤维复合材料的性能、特性进行了阐述。以水上运动设施、球类运动设施、滑板及其他运动设施为例,对塑料及复合材料在体育健身器械及设施中的应用、优势等进行了分析,并对该类型材料未来在体育器材中的应用趋势进行了展望。Influenced by its own characteristics,traditional sports equipment or fitness machinery made of carbon steel and aluminium alloy can not avoid corrosion or deformation after using for a period of time.On the one hand,it reduces the service life of sports equipment;on the other hand,it greatly increases the risk of people in fitness and exercise.On the basis of a brief analysis of engineering plastics and their composites which are frequently used in sports and fitness equipment,the properties and characteristics of various types of plastics or fibre composites are described in this paper.Taking water sports facilities,ball games facilities,skateboards and other sports facilities as examples,the application and advantages of plastics and composite materials in sports fitness equipment and facilities are analyzed,and the future application trend of this type of materials in sports equipment is prospected.
