摘　　要：近年来,我国的大数据技术发展迅速,《政府工作报告》中多次提出要运用大数据提升政府公共服务高效化,并强调以公众为中心的服务理念。本文通过构建地方政府公共服务能力绩效评价指标体系,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法构建模型,最后以长沙市为例,通过发放网络调查问卷和实地调研收集、分析数据进行调查研究,并据此提出提升地方政府公共服务能力绩效评价的对策建议。In recent years,the big data technology has developed rapidly.In the government work report,it has been repeatedly proposed to use big data to improve the efficiency of government public services,and emphasized the public-centered service concept.This paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of local government’s public service capability,uses AH-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the model.Finally,taking Changsha as an example,the paper investigates and studies the performance evaluation of local government’s public service capability by issuing network questionnaires and collecting and analyzing data through field investigation and accordingly puts forward suggestions on the performance evaluation.
