摘  要:从固定投入、技术、制度、社会行为四个维度构建碳锁定效应综合评价指标体系,并建立投影寻踪模型评价模型。以江苏省为例,测度并分析总体碳锁定效应及固定投入、技术、制度和社会行为的碳锁定水平。结果表明:作为创新能力居前列的科技大省,江苏为实现碳解锁目标,应继续维持固定投入、制度与技术解锁效应的稳定发挥,并充分依托于技术解锁的先行优势,着力缓解社会行为的碳锁定效应显著增强的问题。The comprehensive evaluation index system of carbon lock-in effect is constructed from four dimensions of fixed investment,technique,institution and social behavior,and the projection pursuit evaluation model is established.Taking Jiangsu Province as a case study area,this paper measures and analyzes its overall carbon lock-in effect and carbon lock-in levels of fixed investment,technology,institution and social behavior.The results show that,as a leading science and technology province with innovative capabilities,in order to achieve the carbon unlocking goal,Jiangsu should continue to maintain a stable display of fixed investment,system and technology unlocking effects,fully rely on the leading advantages of technology unlocking,and focus on alleviating the problem of significantly enhanced carbon lock-in effects.
