摘　　要：目的:探讨普拉洛芬滴眼液在不同时相对糖尿病视网膜病变患者瞳孔的影响。方法:2017年1-11月收治2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组单纯应用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳;观察组采用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组散瞳前瞳孔面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组散瞳后5 min、60 min瞳孔面积显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方托吡卡胺滴眼液能够发挥良好的散瞳效果,通过与普拉洛芬滴眼液联合应用能进一步促进瞳孔散大,并可通过提前应用普拉洛芬滴眼液达到最大散瞳效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of pranoprofen eye drops on pupils in patients with diabetic retinopathy at different times.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy were selected from January to November 2017.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.In the control group,compound tropicamide eye drops were used for mydriasis,while in the observation group,pranoprofen eye drops combined with compound tropicamide eye drops were used for mydriasis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in pupil area between groups before mydriasis(P>0.05).The pupil area of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 5 and 60 minutes after mydriasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The compound tropicamide eye drops can play a good role in mydriatic effect,but it can further promote mydriatic effect by the combination of the compound tropicamide eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops,and can achieve the maximum mydriatic effect by the application of pranoprofen eye drops in advance.
