参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证的临床效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治2型糖尿病气阴两虚证患者80例,随机分为两组。普通组使用常规西药治疗;观察组在常规西药基础上使用参芪麦味地黄汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果和中医证候积分。结果:观察组血糖达标时间、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血糖达标剂量均优于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于普通组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪麦味地黄汤治疗2型糖尿病气阴两虚证,可改善患者临床症状,降低血糖指标水平,减少胰岛素用量,取得良好的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Qiyin Liangxu syndrome.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,80 patients with type 2 diabetes with Qiyin Liangxu syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The common group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shen Qi Mai Wei Di Huang Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect and TCM syndrome score of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 hours after meal,and the dose of blood glucose reaching the standard were all better than those of the common group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the common group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Shenqi Maiwei Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Qi Yin Liang Xu Zheng can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of blood glucose index,reduce the amount of insulin,and achieve good therapeutic effect.
