摘　　要：房颤是临床中较为常见的一种疾病,西医治疗效果欠佳,常反复发作。中医治疗房颤有其独特理念及非同寻常的疗效。气血理论是其中重要的一种中医治疗手段,本文旨在介绍林谦教授气血理论治疗阵发房颤的经验,仅供临床探讨。Atrial fibrillation is a common disease in clinic,the effect of Western medicine is not good,and it often occurs repeatedly.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own unique concept and extraordinary curative effect in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Professor Lin Qian's Qi Xue theory is one of the important means of TCM treatment.This paper introduces Professor Lin Qian's experience of Qi Xue theory in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,to provide discussion for clinical practice.
