摘　　要：目的:分析溶血现象对临床生化检验项目的影响及预防措施。方法:选择2018年6-12月儿科住院患者80例,均抽取静脉血标本2支。对照组将1支血液标本直接分离血清后对各项生化指标进行检验;研究组将另外1支血液标本先进行人工溶血处理,之后对各项生化指标进行检验。比较两组检验结果。结果:两组清蛋白、甘油三酯、血尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐等指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组直接胆红素、总胆红素、肌酸激酶、碱性磷酸酶等指标水平均比对照组低,葡萄糖、乳酸脱氢酶、总蛋白、K+、总胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶等指标水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床生化检验中,溶血现象会对部分生化检验结果产生影响,因此需要予以重视,做好预防措施,避免溶血现象发生,保障生化检验结果的准确性和可靠性。Objective:To explore the influence of hemolysis on clinical biochemical test items and preventive measures.Methods:From June to December 2018,80 pediatric inpatients were selected,and two venous blood samples were taken.In the control group,the serum was separated from one blood sample directly and the biochemical indexes were tested.In the study group,another blood sample was treated with artificial hemolysis,and then the biochemical indexes were tested.We compared the results of the two tests.Results:There was no significant difference in serum albumin,triacylglycerol,uric acid,urea nitrogen and creatinine between the two groups(P>0.05).In the study group,the levels of direct bilirubin,total bilirubin,creatine kinase,alkaline phosphatase and other indicators were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of glucose,lactate dehydrogenase,total protein K+,total cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were higher than those in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical biochemical test,hemolysis will affect some biochemical test results,therefore,it was necessary to pay attention to it and take preventive measures to avoid hemolysis and ensure the accuracy and reliability of biochemical test results.
