品管圈在老年精神科护理质量管理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究品管圈在老年精神科护理质量管理中的效果。方法:选取老年精神科护理人员32名,开展品管圈活动,对比实施品管圈前后护理质量考核指标水平。结果:实施品管圈活动后患者护理满意度、护理文书书写合格率、病房管理合格率、患者基础护理合格率及消毒隔离合格率均优于实施前,不良事件发生率低于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈在老年精神科护理质量管理运用中,各项考核指标水平均有提升,可提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle in nursing quality management of geriatric psychiatric department.Methods:32 nursing staff in the Department of geriatric psychiatry were selected.We carried out quality control circle activities.We compared the level of nursing quality assessment indicators before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results:After the implementation of the quality control circle,the patients'nursing satisfaction,the qualified rate of nursing document writing,the qualified rate of ward management,the qualified rate of patients'basic nursing and the qualified rate of disinfection and isolation were all better than before,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle in the nursing quality management of geriatric psychiatry can improve the level of assessment indicators and nursing quality.
