摘 要:以"强力50"甘蓝种子为试材,研究了3种不同人工老化方式(高温高湿老化法、甲醇老化法、热水老化法)处理不同时间后对甘蓝种子的萌发特性和相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量以及丙二醛含量的影响,以期为采用最合适的人工老化条件提供参考依据。结果表明:3种老化方式均显著降低了甘蓝种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,显著延长了平均发芽天数,且影响程度随着处理时间的延长而增大,其中甲醇老化法和热水老化法对甘蓝种子发芽指标影响的变化幅度更大;3种老化方式均使甘蓝种子浸出液的相对电导率显著增大,显著降低了甘蓝种子的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛含量。种子发芽指标和生理指标的相关性分析结果表明,各项种子发芽指标和相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量以及丙二醛含量均显著相关,同时分析了不同人工老化方式引起甘蓝种子活力下降的原因。Using the seeds of‘Qiangli 50’cabbage as material,the seed germination characteristics,changes in relative electric conductivity,content of MDA,content of soluble sugar and soluble protein during three different artificial aging methods(hot and humid aging method,methanol solution aging method,hot water aging method)were investigated.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of cabbage seeds were significantly reduced by three aging methods and the average germination days were significantly prolonged,and the degree of influence increased with the prolongation of treatment time.Among them,methanol solution aging method and hot water aging method had greater effects on germination characteristics of cabbage seeds.The relative conductivity of the leaching solution of cabbage seeds was significantly increased by three aging methods,and the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and MDA of cabbage seeds were significantly reduced.The results of correlation analysis between seed germination characteristics and physiological indicators showed that there were significant correlations between seed germination characteristics and relative conductivity,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and malondialdehyde content,and we analyzed the reasons for the decline of vigor of cabbage seeds caused by different artificial aging methods.This study provided a technical reference for adopting the most suitable conditions in the artificial aging of cabbage seeds.
