摘　　要：Cr12MoV是典型的冷作模具用钢,广泛的用于各类冷冲模具中的工作零件和轧辊等。分析了该材料的特性,并结合模具失效情况,阐述了对其锻造加工的意义,研究了锻造工艺和热处理方法,这对相应企业的生产起借鉴和指导作用。Cr12MoV is a typical cold work die steel which is widely used in various of working parts and roller for cold punching mold. The property of this material is analyzed and its significance for forging is expounded by combining with the failure of mold, the forging process and heat treatment wethod are studied, which play an role in learning and instructing the production of corresponding enterprise.
