摘　　要：本文通过阐述21-4N工艺试验过程、检验结果及微观组织分析,分析了21-4N钢初轧方坯轧后水冷后炸裂原因,同时提出了有效的改进措施。Based on the analysis of process test, test results and micro-structure of the steel 21-4N, the reasons for cracking of the 21-4N billet after rolling followed by water cooling were found out and effective improvement measures were put forward.
