培养中医心内科研究生的思考

摘　　要：研究生阶段是培养高层次研究型人才的重要时期,通过阅读记忆中医经典、学习现代的医疗知识和检查手段,初步培养学生的科研思维能力、锻炼学生的临床思维,可以为将来走向临床和科研工作岗位打下扎实的基础。然而,目前在中医临床专业学位研究生的培养中存在诸多问题,文章从重经典、学西医、培养科研思维3个方面进行论述,培养更加优秀的复合型人才,以适应社会的需求。Postgraduate stage is an important period for training high-level research-oriented talents. Through reading and memorizing classics of traditional Chinese medicine, learning modern medical knowledge and examination means, students ’ scientific research thinking ability and clinical thinking can be initially trained, which can lay a solid foundation for further work and scientific research ability. However, at present, there are many problems in the training of Postgraduates of clinical degree of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper discusses from three aspects: emphasizing classics, learning western medicine and cultivating scientific research thinking, so as to cultivate more excellent compound talents to meet the needs of society.
