颈部针刺配合巨刺法治疗急性神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察颈部针刺配合巨刺法治疗急性神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将60例急性神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成2组,治疗组30例采用颈部针刺配合巨刺法治疗;对照组30例仅采用颈部针刺治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后颈椎VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI),以及血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果 2组患者VAS评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后均能降低患者的NDI评分,并且均能够抑制血清IL-6的表达,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用颈部针刺配合巨刺法,对于急性神经根型颈椎病具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of neck acup uncture combined with contralateral meridian needling in the treatment of acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Sixty patients with acute radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with neck acupuncture combined with giant acupuncture. 30 patients in the control group were treated with neck acupuncture.Cervical VAS score, cervical dysfunction index(NDI) and serum interleukin-6(IL-6) were observed before and after treatment. Results VAS scores of patients in the two groups were different(P<0.05), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. After treatment, both groups could reduce the NDI score of patients and inhibit the expression of IL-6, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cervical acupuncture combined with giant acupuncture has a good clinical effect on acute cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
