摘 要:中药汤剂,又称为汤液,是我国应用最早、最广泛的一种中药剂型。汤剂的制备环节中煎煮最为重要,汤剂的煎煮中涉及到一些特殊煎煮方法,包煎是其中一种。包煎是指将药物用稀疏的纱布等包裹后入锅煎煮,传统用药中要求有些药物需要包煎。作者从成都中医药大学毕业从事中药房工作至今,对工作中遇到的中药包煎问题的肤浅体会加以总结,以期为临床用药指导提供参考依据。Traditional Chinese medicine decoction, also known as decoction, is the earliest and most widely used Chinese medicine in China. Decoction is the most important in the preparation of the decoction. The decoction of the decoction involves some special decoction methods. Package frying means that the medicine is wrapped in sparse gauze and then boiled in a pot. In traditional medicine, some medicines need to be fried. The author graduated from the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and worked in the Chinese pharmacy. He has summarized the superficial experience of the traditional Chinese medicine package suffering in the work, in order to provide reference for clinical drug guidance.
