白头翁汤联合护理干预在念珠性阴道炎中的效果

摘　　要：目的评价护理干预在中药治疗念珠菌阴道炎患者中的有效性。方法选取靖安县人民医院确诊的74例念珠性阴道炎患者,给予其中药抗念珠菌治疗,按照完全随机数字原则分为2组,对照组34例结合常规护理,观察组40例结合综合护理干预,比较不同护理模式应用效果。结果观察组患者的依从率、治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,观察组护理后阴道健康评分、阴道炎症评分以及阴道脱落成熟指数改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗念珠菌性阴道炎,同时结合综合护理干预,可提高患者治疗依从性,降低复发率。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nu rsing intervention in the treatment of candidal vaginitis with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 74 patients with candidal vaginitis diagnosed in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the principle of complete random number. 34 cases in the control group were combined with routine nursing, 40 cases in the observation group were combined with comprehensive nursing intervention, and the effects of different nursing modes were compared.Results The compliance rate and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group. The improvement of vaginal health score, vaginal inflammation score and vaginal exfoliation maturity index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of candidal vaginitis with traditional Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
