摘　　要：目的通过建立高级成人护理教学系统,探讨其在中医院校临床护理导尿术和胃管置入术实训教学中的应用效果。方法选取黑龙江中医药大学护理学专业70名学生作为研究对象,实验组35人,采用高级成人护理教学系统实训教学;对照组35人,采用普通外科多功能人的实训教学。课程结束后,考核2个班学生的导尿术和胃管置入术理论与临床实训学习成绩。结果实验组学生理论与实践成绩均高于对照组,2组之间比较,P<0.05。结论高级成人护理教学系统的应用与普通外科多功能人的临床实训教学相比,显著提高了的导尿术和胃管置入术教学效果,对提高护理学专业学生导尿术和胃管置入术的操作水平有显著的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of urinaryc atheterization and gastric catheterization in the clinical nursing training teaching of traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities by establishing the advanced adult nursing teaching system. Methods 70 students from the nursing major of Heilongjiang University of Chinese medicine were selected as the research object. The experimental group consisted of 35 people who used the advanced adult nursing teaching system to train the teaching.The control group consisted of 35 people, and the general surgery multi-functional person’s training was used. At the end of the course, the two classes of students were evaluated for catheterization and gastric tube placement theory and clinical training. Results The theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05. Conclusion The application of advanced adult nursing teaching system significantly improves the teaching effect of urinary catheterization and gastric catheterization compared with the clinical training teaching of general surgery multifunctional person, and has gained advantages in improving the operation level of urinary catheterization and gastric catheterization for nursing students.
