摘  要:介绍了一种能够同时测量环境PPFD及光质比的多通道光量子传感器,同时利用3D打印技术制作出三种材质的余弦修正片。通过对传感器的实际标定,得到在不同材质余弦修正片下的传感器红/蓝通道响应系数曲线,通过计算得到,对于红光通道,使用透明光敏树脂制作的余弦修正片透光率分别比聚四氟乙烯和白色尼龙余弦修正片的高89.3%和85.2%,对于蓝光通道,透光率分别高87.1%和83.2%。还通过3D打印方法设计制作一种防串光套,实验结果表明,采用该装置后,红光通道串光误差系数从0.3546降至0.0491,蓝光通道串光误差系数从0.4916降至0.0695,有效阻止了因滤光片侧壁漏光而引起的通道串光误差。This paper introduces a multi-channel PAR(Photosynthetically Active Radiation)sensor capable of simultaneously measuring environmental PPFD and light quality ratio.At the same time,3D printing technology was used to produce cosine corrector of three materials.Through the actual calibration of the sensor,the red/blue channel response coefficient curves of the sensor under different material cosine corrector are obtained.It was calculated that the transmittance of the cosine corrector made of transparent photosensitive resin,whose transmission rate 89.3%and 85.2%higher than fluoroethylene and white nylon respectively,is better for the red channel.For blue light channels,the transmission rate is 87.1%and 83.2%higher,respectively.The article also designs and manufactures a kind of light anti-leakage cover by 3D printing method.After using this device,the red channel light leakage error coefficient decreases from 0.3546 to 0.0491,and the blue channel light leakage error coefficient decreases from 0.4916 to 0.0695.The experimental results show that channel crosstalk errors caused by light leakage from the side walls of the filter are prevented.
