摘　　要：“If it wasn’t for the upcoming Winter Olympics,Chongli would not have been developing as fast as it is,”said Wang Sizhou,deputy secretary of the CPC Chongli District Committee in Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province.In fact,the district’s rapid development not only benefits from the investment and infrastructure construction triggered by the Winter Olympics,it also benefits from the government’s poverty alleviation policies and measures,as well as the active participation of enterprises.
