摘 要:目的:研究瑶药竹柏叶的挥发油成分及抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,通过气相质谱联用技术分析其化学成分组成,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。采用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法对挥发油进行抗肿瘤活性研究。结果:竹柏叶的挥发油得率为0.70 mL/kg,鉴定出化合物14个,总榄香烯含量占50%以上。挥发油对胃癌细胞SGC-7901、大细胞肺癌细胞NCI-H460和肺腺癌细胞A549的半抑制浓度(IC50)分别为73.65μg/mL、67.74μg/mL和51.67μg/mL。结论:榄香烯类化合物为竹柏叶挥发油的主要成分,具有较强的抗肿瘤活性。Objective:To study on composition and antitumor activities of essential oil of leaves of Podocarpus nagi in Yao medicine.Methods:The steam distillation was used to extracted essential oil.Then gas chromatography-mass spectrometry multiple techniques was used to analyze the chemical composition.Area normalization was used to determine relative percentage content of the compounds.The antitumor activity of the essential oil against SGC-7901,NCI-H460 and A549 cells were evaluated by using the MTT method.Results:The yield of essential oil was 0.70 mL/kg.Fourteen compounds were identified.Total elemene relative amount was more than 50%.The essential oil showed significant antitumor activities on SGC-7901,NCI-H460 and A549 cells(IC50 value of 73.65μg/mL,67.74μg/mL and 51.67μg/mL,respectively).Conclusion:Total elemene was the main components on essential oil of leaves of Podocarpus nagi.It had strong antitumor activity.
