摘 要:以贵州省遵义县某高粱生产基地单元为依托,根据所选单元为“坝区”的特点和红茅糯2号高粱培植技术路线以及作业机械的性能,分析了高粱从播种到收割各阶段所用机械的优化配置和组装成套方法,得到了高粱生产全过程机械化的最佳机具配置方案。研究结果表明:高粱生产机具的选型应综合考虑配套机械的数量、作业方式、工作效率、生产质量、作业时限和成本等;并应结合高粱栽培技术要求因地制宜地配套动力机械及田间作业机械;同时还应根据所选机型对其进行田间试验,确保所选机型合理适用。研究结果可为贵州省高粱全程机械化生产的机具配置提供参考。Based on the sorghum production unit in Zunyi county,Guizhou Province,the optimal allocation and assembly methods of machinery used in different stages from sowing to harvesting of sorghum were analyzed.According to the characteristics of the selected unit as"dam area",and the technical route of Hongmao Nuo No.2 sorghum cultivation and optimal allocation scheme was obtained.The result show that the quantity,operation mode,work efficiency,production quality,operation time limit and cost of supporting machinery should be take into account when the machinery is selected,and power machinery,field operation machinery should be equipped in combination with the requirements of sorghum cultivation technology and suit to local conditions.Finally,the field test should also be carried out according to the selected model to ensure that the selected is reasonable and applicable.The results of this study can provide a reference for the whole course mechanization of sorghum production in Guizhou Province of China.
