摘 要:依托单洞四车道大跨度九家湾隧道工程,采用碳排放系数法对双侧壁导坑法、CD法与分部台阶法三种施工方法技术经济进行研究,并基于碳排放量化结果对施工方法的选择进行综合评估。研究结果表明,九家湾隧道围岩自稳性良好,双侧壁导坑法与CD法施工工序繁多,耗时长,成本较高,产生的碳排放量均明显高于分部台阶法,综合分析后选择分部台阶法施工。现场施工效果良好,组织有序,在保证隧道安全施工的前提下,加快了施工进度,取得了良好的技术、经济和环保效益,为隧道施工方法的比选提供了新的思路。Based on the Jiujiawan Tunnel Project with single tunnel,four lanes and long span,this paper studies the technology and economy of three construction methods,namely,double-sided tunnel method,CD method and step-by-step method,and comprehensively evaluates the selection of construction methods based on the results of carbon emission quantification.The results show that the surrounding rock of Jiujiawan Tunnel has good self-stability.There are many construction procedures with double-sided guide pit method and CD method,which are time-consuming and cost-effective.The carbon emissions generated by this method are significantly higher than those of the step-by-step method.After comprehensive analysis,the step-by-step method is chosen for construction.The site construction effect is good and the organization is orderly.On the premise of guaranteeing the safe construction of the tunnel,the construction progress has been accelerated,and good technical,economic and environmental benefits have been achieved,which provides a new idea for the comparison and selection of tunnel construction methods.
