微创Cross螺钉内固定技术治疗青壮年垂直剪切型股骨颈骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价采用微创Cross螺钉内固定技术治疗青壮年垂直剪切型股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-06—2018-06采用微创Cross螺钉内固定技术治疗的27例青壮年垂直剪切型股骨颈骨折。结果本组27例均获得随访,随访时间9~36个月,平均21.7个月。所有患者均取得有效坚强内固定,复位效果满意,内固定在位有效,术后随访复查,骨折在12~24周实现骨性愈合,髋关节功能评定按照Harris髋关节评分系统:优16例,良8例,可3例,优良率88.9%。结论采用微创Cross螺钉内固定技术治疗青壮年垂直剪切型股骨颈骨折可以有效充分稳定固定骨折,有利于保护血运,减少软组织的损伤,缩短手术时间,减少围手术期的并发症,实现坚强固定、早期功能锻炼目的,可有效重建髋关节功能,是一种微创、经济、实用的手术治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive Cross screw technique in the treatment of vertical shear type femoral neck fractures in young adults.Methods From June 2014 to June 2018,27 young adults with vertical shear type femoral neck fractures underwent surgical treatment with minimally invasive Cross screw technique.Results All patients were followed up for 9-36 months,with an average of 21.7 months.All patients were treated by internal fixation with satisfactory reduction effect and effective internal fixation.The fracture bony healing was achieved at 12 to 24 weeks,and evaluated according to Harris hip scoring system,16 cases were excellent,8 cases good,and 3 cases fair.The excellent and good rate was 88.9%.Conclusion Minimally invasive Cross screw technique for the treatment of femoral neck fractures with closed reduction can effectively stabilize the fracture,protect blood supply,reduce damage of soft tissue,shorten operation time and reduce perioperative complications,achieve strong fixation and early functional exercise,effectively reconstruct the hip joint function,which is a minimally invasive,economical and practical surgical treatment.
