二氧化碳激光治疗外阴白色病变15例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察二氧化碳激光治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月南京医科大学附属南京医院门诊外阴白色病变病人34例,单双号法分组,15例为激光组,采用二氧化碳激光治疗,余19例为超声组,采用超声聚焦治疗。从治疗前后瘙痒评分、疗效评分、术后并发症发生、治疗满意度调查等情况进行比较。结果两组病人治疗后均取得较好疗效。治疗后瘙痒评分超声组为(1.11±0.88)分,而激光组为(1.13±0.83)分,两组比较,t=0.244,P=0.80。激光组显效4例,好转11例,超声组显效6例,好转13例,两组比较,Uc=135.5,P=0.811。超声组5例术后出现水泡,激光组的满意度高于超声组。结论二氧化碳激光治疗外阴白色病变副作用轻;治疗剂量易掌握,安全性高;疗效肯定,病人依从性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of CO2 laser in treating white lesions of the vulva.Methods 34 patients with white lesions of the vulva from May.2016 to May.2017 in Nanjing First Hospital were selected.Fifteen of them were randomly select⁃ed as the lasergroup and treated by CO2 laser.The remaining 19 cases were the ultrasonic group,treated with and ultrasonic focaliza⁃tion.Compare with the itch score pretherapy and post⁃treatment,efficacy score,postoperative complications,treatment satisfaction and so on of the two groups.Results All patients the curative effect were good after treatment.After treatment,the score of pruritus in ultrasonic group was(1.11±0.88),while that in laser group was(1.13±0.83),t=0.244,P=0.80.In the laser group,there were 4 cases with significant effect,11 cases with improvement,6 cases with significant effect and 13 cases with improvement in the ultra⁃sound group.Compared with the two groups,UC=135.5,P=0.811.5 cases in the ultrasonic group showed vesicles after the opera⁃tion.The satisfaction of laser group was higher than the ultrasonic group.Conclusion The CO2 laser have certain effect,better safe⁃ty and slight side effect.The treatment dosage is easy to handler.The patients compliance is good.
