摘  要:为了筛选猕猴桃的耐盐碱砧木,取猕猴桃不同品种的种子,消毒后接种于20 g/L蔗糖+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA+7 g/L琼脂粉的1/2MS培养基上进行培养,然后进行耐盐碱性与耐涝性的筛选。结果表明,“徐香”种子的耐盐性强于“恒优1号”种子。徐香和恒优1号种子萌发后,苗长随着人工海水处理比例增大而减小,且处理比例越大弯曲状态越明显。比较徐香和恒优1号芽期盐害指数,徐香耐盐性较强。对比耐盐徐香和耐盐恒优1号的耐碱性,发现pH 8是两者生长的一个临界点,超过临界点猕猴桃植株无法正常生长导致死亡,耐盐徐香的耐碱性略强于耐盐恒优1号。添加无菌水模拟涝害发现,耐盐恒优1号猕猴桃耐涝性比耐盐徐香猕猴桃耐涝性差。In order to select salt-alkali tolerant rootstocks of kiwifruit,the seeds of different kiwifruit varieties were cultured on 1/2MS medium containing 20 g/L sucrose+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA+7 g/L agarose powder after disinfection,and then the salt-alkali tolerance and waterlogging tolerance were screened.The results showed that the salt tolerance of‘Xuxiang’seeds was stronger than that of‘Hengyou No.1’seeds.After germination of‘Xuxiang’and‘Hengyou No.1’seeds,the seedling length decreased with the increase of artificial seawater treatment,and the more the treatment ratio was,the more obvious the bending state was.Compared with‘Xuxiang’and‘Hengyou No.1’,the salt tolerance of‘Xuxiang’was stronger than that of‘Hengyou No.1’during bud stage.Comparing the alkali tolerance of‘salt-tolerant Xuxiang’and‘salt-tolerant Hengyou No.1’,it was found that pH 8 was a critical point for the growth of both,and that the kiwifruit plants could not grow normally and resulted in death above the critical point.The alkali resistance of‘salt-tolerant Xuxiang’was slightly stronger than that of‘salt-tolerant Hengyou No.1’.It was found that the waterlogging tolerance of‘salt-tolerant Hengyou No.1’kiwifruit was worse than that of‘salt-tolerant Xuxiang’kiwifruit by adding aseptic water to simulate waterlogging.
