摘  要:为了满足市场对多倍体大花萱草数量及品种的需求,降低由国外引种的成本,实现工厂化生产,引进多倍体大花萱草“红运”“红宝石”“橘黄色”“肉粉色”“大金杯”和“金娃娃”6个品种为研究材料,采用组织培养的繁殖方式进行离体快繁技术研究,通过对外植体部位筛选、不定芽诱导、增殖培养、生根培养等研究表明,分蘖茎段是诱导不定芽形成的最佳外植体;培养25 d左右,不定芽平均伸长5 cm左右;不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对不同种多倍体大花萱草诱导率的影响有很大差异;不同植物生长调节剂对6种多倍体大花萱草芽量和增殖系数的影响变化趋势一致,但在同种处理上,不同品种间存在着差异;6个品种组培苗的最适宜生根时间为20 d左右,最大生根率都在76.8%以上。In order to meet the market demand for the number and variety of Hemerocallis hybrida,reduce the cost of introduction from abroad,“Hongyun”“Hongbaoshi”“Juhuangse”“Roufense”“Dajinbei”and“Jinwawa”were selected as materials,tissue culture propagation methods were used to study in vitro rapid propagation techniques.Studies on explants,adventitious bud induction,proliferation culture,and rooting culture showed that,tiller stem segment was the best explant for inducing adventitious bud formation;after culturing for about 25 days,the average elongation of adventitious buds was about 5 cm;effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators on different varieties of H.hybrida induction rate had great difference;effects of different plant growth regulators on the bud yield and reproductive coefficient of six polyploid geranium buds were consistent,but there were differences among different cultivars in the same treatment;the optimum rooting time of the 6 cultivars was 20 d,and the maximum rooting rates were all above 76.8%.
