摘 要:[目的]研究英山县珍稀濒危植物独花兰的种群现状。[方法]采用邻接格子法和直接计数法对英山县独花兰的种群数量及分布格局进行调查研究。[结果]该种目前在英山县的资源总量为168株。采用方差/均值比率法对草盘镇桃花冲村独花兰小种群的分布格局类型进行分析,表明该种群分布格局类型为集群分布。[结论]该研究可为英山县独花兰的保护、研究及开发利用提供参考。[Objective]To study the natural population of Changnienia amoena in Yingshan County of Hubei Province.[Method]The population size and distribution pattern of the unique endemic plant C.amoena in Yingshan County were investigated by using the adjacent grid method and direct counting method.[Result]There were 168 plants of C.amoena currently.The distribution pattern of C.amoena population which in Taohuachong Village of Caopan Town was analyzed by variance/mean ratio method,and the results showed that the distribution pattern of the population was the cluster type.[Conclusion]The research can provide references for the further protection,research,development and utilization of C.amoena.
