摘　　要：农村生态文明建设建立在马克思主义生态思想基础之上,是实现乡村振兴的重要战略支撑。在我国目前的现实国情中,政府在农村生态文明建设中起着主导作用,而农村生态文明建设的实现必须以政府生态责任的严格履行为基础。因此,政府生态责任履行的成效成为农村生态文明建设的关键因素,且对我国农村生态文明建设有着重要的现实意义。当前,政府生态责任的培育是农村生态文明建设实然迫切的问题,必须从立法、服务、宣传、执法四维角度来强化政府在农村生态文明建设中的生态责任,从而推动农村生态文明建设,为农村现代化的实现打下良好的基础。The construction of rural ecological civilization is based on the Marxist ecological thought and is an important strategic support for rural revitalization.It provides important theoretical guidance for the cultivation of government ecological responsibility in the construction of rural ecological civilization.In China’s current reality,the government plays a leading role in the construction of rural ecological civilization,and the realization of rural ecological civilization must be based on the strict implementation of the government’s ecological responsibility.Therefore,the effectiveness of government’s ecological responsibility fulfillment has become a key factor in the construction of rural ecological civilization,and it has important practical significance for the construction of rural ecological civilization in China.At present,the cultivation of government ecological responsibility is an urgent problem in the construction of rural ecological civilization.Therefore,the government must strengthen the ecological responsibility of the government in the construction of rural ecological civilization from the four-dimension perspectives of legislation,service,propaganda and law enforcement,thus promoting rural ecological civilization.Construction has laid a good foundation for the realization of rural modernization.
