摘 要:近年发射的卫星数量与日俱增,在轨卫星故障案例也随之增多,造成许多重大损失。在此背景下,文章提出了一种卫星在轨故障定位的系统分析方法,给出了系统分析流程和方法,通过三系统关联故障分析、通路故障分析和总线故障分析将系统级故障逐步分解,转化为设备级故障,最终通过试验验证将故障定位,同时给出了计算机辅助分析方法。该方法系统性强,快速易用,定位准确,已经在多次卫星在轨重大故障定位中得到了应用,效果良好。Recently,the number of spacecrafts launched is increasing,while,the failure cases that spacecrafts caused are also increasing.Aimed at this case,a systematic analysis method of the on-orbit fault diagnosis is proposed in this paper.It introduces the principle and methods of the fault diagnosis preparation.It uses the parameters relative analysis method and the pathway analysis method to decouple the coupling faults of the entire spacecraft system and multiple systems,and then indentifies the system level faults and the device level faults.Finally,the correctness of fault diagnosis results is verified by the experiments,and the computer-aided analysis method can be given.This method,which is fast,effective,and accurate,provides the entire technological process and systematic method of spacecrafts fault diagnosis.It has been applied in many significant fault diagnosis missions,and has good application effect.
