摘  要:利用自由基聚合反应制备了硅丙乳液,然后采用溶胶-凝胶法,将自制的硅丙乳液与硅溶胶和钛溶胶进行杂化反应,以制备有机-无机杂化涂料,并对其涂膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性、接触角、自清洁性能及其应用进行了研究。结果显示:该有机-无机杂化涂膜的接触角在50°-60°之间,涂膜对亚甲基蓝具有良好的分解效果,涂膜具有自清洁效果。涂膜具良好的耐水性,耐溶剂性能,浸泡24h后,均无起皮,起泡,脱落等现象发生。In this paper,silicone acrylic emulsion was synthesized by radical polymerization.To prepare organic-inorganic hybrid coating,the self-made silicone acrylate emulsion was hybridized with silica sol and titanium sol by using sol-gel method.Then the water resistance,solvent resistance,contact angle,self-cleaning performance and application of this organic-inorganic hybrid coating ware researched.The results showed that the contact Angle of the organic-inorganic hybrid coating was between 50°-60°.the organic-inorganic hybrid coating had a self-cleaning effect confirmed by a good decomposition effect on methylene blue,a good water resistance and solvent resistance for 24h without peeling,blister,fall off phenomenon.
