摘　　要：人工智能的发展带来了第三波科技进步的浪潮,全球范围内掀起了观念革命、技术革命和商业革命。人工智能应用于法律领域,对传统的法律思维方式、工作方法、运作模式均产生了极大的影响。为促进人工智能的法律服务,我们有必要运用人工智能,提升司法工作的现代化水平,提高司法工作决策的科学性、判断的准确性和服务的高效性,这在法律服务领域,既是挑战也是机遇。文章首先对人工智能法律服务的产生与发展进行了比较研究,然后以类型化方法分析人工智能法律服务的作用,并提出人工智能法律服务目前存在的问题与未来的发展趋势。The development of artificial intelligence has brought about the third wave of scientific and technological progress, and the concept revolution, technological revolution and commercial revolution have been launched on a global scale. Artificial intelligence is applied in the legal field, which has a great impact on traditional legal thinking, working methods and operational modes. To promote the legal services of artificial intelligence, we must be good at using artificial intelligence to maintain the modernization of judicial work and improve the scientific nature of judicial work decisions, the accuracy of judgments, and the efficiency of services, which are both challenges and opportunities in the field of legal services. This paper firstly studies the emergence and development of artificial intelligence legal services, and then analyzes the role of artificial intelligence legal services by type method, and proposes the existing problems and future development trends of artificial intelligence legal services.
