摘　　要：估算方法是对软件项目在规模、工作量和成本、进度的预测,是软件项目计划编制、管理和控制的基础。采用不同的估算方法,得出的工作量也不同,直接影响到软件项目的交付节点和成本。为确保软件项目保质保量完成,分析PERT SIZING、WIDEBAND DELPHI、COCOMO Ⅱ等估算方法,以及估算方法在软件项目计划策划过程中的应用。Estimation is the prediction of the scale,workload,cost and schedule of software projects.It is the basis of software project planning,management and control,and is used throughout the life cycle of the project.In order to ensure the completion of quality and quantity assurance of software projects,the estimation methods such as PERT SIZING,WIDEBAND DELPHI,COCOMO,and their application in the planning process of software projects are analyzed.
