摘 要:随着矿井采深的加大,煤层赋存及采煤工作面地质条件愈来愈复杂,导致影响瓦斯涌出量的因素众多。为更有针对性、更准确地预测综采工作面瓦斯涌出量,将试验设计理论引入瓦斯涌出量预测中。结合现场实测瓦斯浓度数据,分析影响某矿18205大采高工作面瓦斯涌出量的4个因素,采用Design-Expert数值软件,以Central Composite Design构建出5个水平4个因素的试验设计,获得了某矿18205大采高工作面瓦斯涌出量影响因素的二次回归模型,同时进行瓦斯涌出量预测。研究结果表明:预测相对误差在4.14%~10.57%,基于试验设计思想的瓦斯涌出量预测更加具有针对性,可以满足现场的实践应用。With the increase of mining depth,the occurrence of coal seam and the geological conditions of coal mining face are more and more complex,resulting in many factors affecting the gas emission.In order to predict the gas emission from the fully mechanized mining face more specifically and accurately,the experimental design theory was introduced into the prediction of gas emission.Based on the measured gas concentration data,the four factors affecting the gas emission of the No.18205 coal mining face were analyzed.Using Design-Expert numerical software,five-level four-factor experimental design was developed by Central Composite Design,and the quadratic regression model of the factors affecting the gas emission was constructed.The prediction of gas emission shows that the prediction accuracy is 4.14%~10.57%,which the prediction of gas emission based on the idea of experimental design is more targeted and can meet the practical application.
