摘　　要：地理信息或时空信息是新型智慧城市建设不可或缺的信息资源,城市测绘是保障和服务于城市规划、建设与管理的测绘地理信息活动。本文在阐述新型智慧城市建设模式、建设过程、技术参考模型和重点建设任务的基础上,从智慧城市规划设计评价与标准编制、智慧城市时空信息平台建设和专题时空信息应用等方面探讨城市测绘在智慧城市建设中的角色和任务,以期为思考和实践新型智慧城市背景下的城市测绘发展提供参考。Geospatial information is an indispensable information resource for the construction of a smart city.Urban surveying and mapping is activities that guarantee and serve urban planning,construction and management.On the basis of expounding the construction mode,construction process,technical reference model and key construction tasks of the new smart cities,this paper discusses the roles and tasks of urban geomatics in the construction of smart cities from the aspects of design and evaluation and standard establishment of smart cities,construction of spatiotemporal information platform and thematic spatiotemporal information application.It is expected to provide reference forconsidering and practice of the development of urban surveying and mapping in the context of the newsmart cities.
