老年冠心病患者血清sdLDL、常见血脂指标的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血清小而密低密度脂蛋白(sdLDL)及相关血脂指标对老年冠心病的发生发展及预后的临床意义。方法选取102例冠心病患者为研究组,根据发病特点和冠脉造影结果将其分为SAP组(37例)、UAP组(35例)、AMI组(30例)。另选取37名健康体检者为对照组。比较各组间sdLDL及相关血脂含量及sdLDL、apoB、LPa对冠心病的诊断效能。结果研究组apoA1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组sdLDL、apoB、LPa水平高于对照组,且UAP、AMI组高于SAP组,AMI组高于UAP组(P<0.05)。sdLDL、apoB、LPa的AUC依次为0.90、0.81、0.71。结论sdLDL对冠心病临床分型严重程度的辅助诊断具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum small and dense low density lipoprotein(sdLDL)and related blood lipid indexes in the occurrence,development and prognosis of coronary heart disease in the elderly patients.Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as study group and divided into SAP group(37 cases),UAP group(35 cases)and AMI group(30 cases)according to the disease characteristics and coronary angiography results.Another 37 healthy objects were selected as control group.The content of sdLDL and related blood lipid in each group and the diagnostic efficiency of sdLDL,apoB and LPa in coronary heart disease were compared.Results The level of apoA1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sdLDL apoB and LPa in the study group were higher than those in the control group,those in the UAP and AMI group were higher than the SAP group,and those in the AMI group were higher than the UAP group(P<0.05).The AUC of sdLDL,apoB and LPa were 0.90,0.81 and 0.71 respectively.Conclusion The sdLDL is of great significance in the anxiliary diagnosis of clinical classification severity of coronary heart disease.
