摘　　要：目的探究术前强化心理干预在拇外翻矫形术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月在我院接受矫形术治疗的90例拇外翻患者,通过数字单双号分组法将其分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予术前强化心理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后,两组患者SAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的患者生活自理率、知识知晓率和康复依从率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理干预满意度为93.33%,高于对照组患者的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论给予拇外翻矫形术患者术前强化心理干预可有效改善患者术前焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其治疗依从性和满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of preoperative strengthened psychological intervention in patients undergoing correction of hallux valgus.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,90 patients with hallux valgus who received orthopedic treatment in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by digital single and double grouping method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group was given preoperative strengthened psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The self-care rate,knowledge awareness rate and rehabilitation compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing intervention satisfaction in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative strengthened psychological intervention applied to patients undergoing correction of hallux valgus can effectively improve anxiety and depression,and enhance treatment compliance and satisfaction.
