摘　　要：阐述了长三角稀土产业概况和产业优势,并通过政府引导、区域分工合作、科研机构联合、上下游产业一体化联动等具体措施来加快推动长三角稀土产业一体化发展进入全新阶段,把产业优势转化为高质量发展产业集群,以期让长三角真正形成稀土产业转型升级的示范区、持续发展的实践区和创新驱动的先导区,打造成为中国的“稀土谷”.With elaborations on the overall status and advantages of the rare earth industry in the Yangtze River Delta,this paper presents specific measures that can be taken to accelerate its integrative development and bring it into a brand new stage,including guidance from the government,regional division of labor,alliance of scientific research institutions,unified linkage of upstream and downstream industries,etc.The aim is to transform industrial advantages into high-quality developing industrial clusters,and truly build the Yangtze River Delta into a demonstration area for transformation and upgrades,an area of practice with sustainable development,an innovation-driven pilot area known as the “Rare Earth Valley” in China.
