摘  要:阀冷系统是换流站的重要组成部分,云广直流输电工程自调试及投运以来已发生过几次因阀冷系统漏水误报导致的紧急停运事件,严重影响了直流可用率。为此针对在工程实际运维过程中发现的阀塔漏水检测设计缺失情况,研究了如何提高漏水检测装置的可靠性,并寻求一种能在早期发现阀冷系统漏水的检测方法,找到了漏水检测的有效方案并成功应用。Valve cooling system is an important part of the converter station.Since commissioning and operation of Yunnan-Guangdong HVDC transmission project,due to valve cooling system leaking misstatement emergency block happened a few times,the accidents seriously affected the DC availability.To the missing design of valve tower leakage detection found in the actual operation and maintenance of the project,the problem of how to improve the reliability of the leakage detection device was studied.A method to detect the leakage of valve cooling system in early stage was searched and the effective scheme of leakage detection was found and applied successfully.
